Each podium is wired in house using Canare Star Quad cable and Neutrik connectors. Every pin and cable in our podiums are measured in ohms to ensure the lowest resistance, making sure it is no higher than 0.2 ohms.  To ensure the lowest possible noise floor we plug in a condenser microphone and run it through an analog mixing console to represent a real world setup.  We  listen and make sure each cable has the lowest noise and each mic we plug into it has plenty of gain and headroom.
